                            INTERVIEW PROCESS FOR ALL TEAM MEMBERS


Interview process is a three step process;

1.  First you must go through an interview with a Team Leader
2.  Second you must attend a meeting to meet the other S.T.O.P members
3.  Third you must attend a training investigation.

After you do all three of these and fill out and agree to all prper paperwork you are an investigator in training.

To Become a Full Member of Our Team;

You will have to return all proper parework, and have attended three full investigations along with the full three step interview process.

As a member you are asked to be in constant contact with your group leaders.  Via e-mail, text or phone.  If we do not hear from a member for two full weeks without proper reason or a family member letting us know if there has been a reason.  You will no longer be a part of our S.T.O.P team.  We also ask that you as a team member are the one to keep the contact with us and not a friend or family member.

If for some reason you have a problem with any other team member we ask that you come to a team founder not the member in question.  We will work with you to resolve the issue and listen to your worries or concerns.
